CARMINE CITY
[attr="class","pltxt"]A large metropolis located north of Burlywood. It is the second largest city in the region and famous for its department store and game corner. It has a large underground that connects the city to Cerise City; the largest city in the region. Due to this, Carmine is a high-crime area that the police have trouble keeping up with. It is comparable to Celadon City. Many Urban Pokemon can be found here, such as Meowth and Magnemite.
