Meme's PC Radio The Internet SmartMessage

The primary method of communication in the Ouro Region is by using instant messengers on portable computers called the SmartNav, named so due to being an upgraded version of the PokeNav that was used in years past. In addition to messaging others, one can also browse the internet, listen to the radio, check and access their Pokemon Boxes from Meme's PC on the go, and even scan Pokemon; making the Pokedex an obsolete item in the Ouro Region. Anybody who's anybody has one; as the devices are surprisingly cheap and easy to acquire.
