Summary: A new region has been discovered by the seven teams above at the same time, and they all want it for themselves, as the region would be an excellent place to expand to due to its rich resources and location, which would allow for any of the above teams to establish a very large-scale base of operations that would essentially ensure that their team will prosper and never die. Each team sends out a relatively new admin with a small task force of grunts, neither of them expecting any sort of resistance from other teams.
The region has a fully functional regional Pokemon League that has not yet joined in with the Global Pokemon League, though negotiations are in place (it will probably be the up to the teams to prevent these negotiations from going down) but are taking an incredibly long period of time to set up. This regional League has 8 gym leaders and an elite four and champion, all of whom will attempt to thwart the teams unless if they are bribed into helping them.
As a general rule of thumb, the Champion can never be bribed to work with or for the evil teams and will always oppose him. He's generic anime hero the character.
The RP is canon to the games but is set in an alternate universe. All teams were at one point thwarted or messed with by the canon children (Red, Blue, Gold, Ruby, etc) but just how those events down is up to the player of that particular team. These children will occasionally show up in the new region to explore and check it out. They are extremely OP, to the point where nobody will likely be able to beat them until much much much later in the RP. Avoiding them will more of the game, Lu Bu style.
In addition to that, a few legendaries will show up to do the very same thing. These legendaries are Celebi, Arceus, Mew, and Deoxys, and cannot be caught. Maybe this list can be changed around.
Organization: Each player takes control of a Team Admin in the region and has full control over what the group does in that region. However, at the end of the day, each of them has to report to their head bosses, though these bosses are usually busy with other manners and rarely directly interfere.
Roster: Your team's roster is how big it is. This is represented pretty much only by a number. Every team starts with 50 grunts. Grunts can be bought with Team Points.
Pokemon: Your team's pokemon determines what Pokemon the grunts have access to. Every team starts with one and additional pokemon can be bought with team points. Starters are listed below.
starter:
Rocket - Ratatta
Aqua - Poochyena
Magma - Poochyena
Galactic - Stunky
Plasma - Purrloin
Flare - Croagunk
tier 2:
Rocket - Zubat
Aqua - Carvanha

Flare - Houndour
tier 3:
Rocket - Drowzee
Aqua - Zubat
Magma - Zubat
Galactic - Zubat
Plasma - Scraggy
Flare - Electrike
tier 4:
tier 5:
Gear: The equipment your team has access to. This will basically be a list of things that can be bought with Team Points.
Leadership: For a large amount of Team Points, a Team Admin can call into their main HQ and have a Commander sent to them. This Commander can have 4 Pokemon of your choice, and is named, but you can only have up to two. Team Bosses can be "summoned" for even more money, though they aren't permanent and will decide to eventually leave the Region. Everybody starts with 0 commanders.
Uniform: Your team's uniform. This should, for the most part, be preset by game canon. Things can be built into uniforms, like bulletproof vests and such, for Team Points.
Team Points: Earned both by posting and completing missions.
Missions: Basically heists and other criminal activity. Usually given by the Team Boss when they're important, but missions can also be created by Admins. They are the easiest way to get Team Points. Additionally, they add to your team's Influence. It is possible for another gang or the police to jump your mission and ruin it.
Influence: A global influence meter will be posted as an announcement. For every mission a team successfully completes, they gain 1 Influence. However, if they fail a mission, they lose 1 Influence point. The one with the most Influence currently "controls" the region and is "winning."
Police: An NPC "team" that may be made PC later on. They pretty much do nothing, except very rarely ruin a team's heist.
Item Shop: This is the normal shop aka PokeMart. You can buy things such as potions and poke balls here. Like everything else, you spend Team Points here, but they go to your character for their personal use rather than the team.
quicknote: i think we should rename "team points"
Team Shop: I got this but am way too tired to type out everything in it right now. In here, you will be able to buy upgrades for your team in exchange for team points.
Catching Pokemon: Done the normal way. You have to have a Pokeball.
Battling: This can be done in RP format or on PokemonShowdown, depending on what the RPers decide.
Plot: character based, you make it, faggot
